Every paving job we run starts the same way: we walk the property with you, measure for slope and drainage, and figure out what the surface actually has to handle. A residential driveway is a different problem than a commercial loading area, and a 1/4-mile mountain access road is a different problem than either. We don't price asphalt by the square foot from a calculator; we price it from the actual scope of work.
Residential paving
Driveways, motor courts, and approaches for single-family homes. We grade for cross-slope, dig out soft spots, lay a compacted aggregate base, and then place hot mix while the temperature is right. The finished mat seals tight against water, which is the single biggest factor in how long asphalt lasts in a freeze-thaw climate.
Commercial paving
Parking lots for businesses, churches, schools, storage facilities, and HOAs. Heavy-traffic surfaces need thicker mat, deeper base, and intentional drainage. We coordinate with your schedule so the lot can be back in service as soon as the cure time allows.
Road construction
New subdivision streets, extensions of existing roads, and full road builds for municipalities and developers. We work with engineers, surveyors, and inspectors, and we deliver work that meets the spec on paper.
